Set PDF stationary, forms and layouts

Adjust your layouts exactly to your needs, to your CI and CD, define paper sizes, content positioning, different stationaries, margins and much more to make iPaper your office helper.

New iPaper also offers a direct viewer to see the result before printing.

Design your stationary / templates totally free based on your CI with your logos, colors, fonts, ... and create a PDF. The content of your document can be created as usual (e.g. your offer in MS Word or your invoice in MS Excel).

iPaper Settings

General Settings

iPaper 2 allows a variety of settings to adapt the process to suit your requirements. Thus e.g. the integration of XML Commands for process control.

You can embed XML commands in created PDF to control the process and to have the settings automated . Or XML commands are located in an external file which also can be on a network drive.

A preview of the PDF (the final result) is displayed by default as a thumb. With double click you get a full screen display of the document to be prepared prior to completion and see whether any adjustments must be made.

iPaper AutoPrint

Multiple Printer Control - print on physical Printers

Not everything can and should always be digital!

Therefore, iPaper offers the possibility to create PDF documents as well as to print or simultaneously on one or more printers.

The document can be created simultaneously as a PDF and as a printout on a physical printer. The configuration also allows multiple use of "Auto Print" by adding a further "Auto Print" action. Again, there are a variety of settings (paper size, adjust the size, margins, number of prints, etc.) for printing.

So you can work effectively with iPaper, and still have not change old habits and can fit the work processes in the company perfectly.

iPaper eMail

Send the documents via eMail

In many cases, the final document will be sent to one or more email receivers. Also this possibility we have considered in iPaper and enable you for a variety of options do this comfortably.

The document may be sent, after completion, as an attachment via email (SMTP, MAPI, Outlook, Lotus Notes). Additional information (subject, text, recipient, attachment name, ...) can be entered automatically or manually. The e-mail settings can be modified by you.

The result is a PDF document, which corresponds exactly to look, layout and colour on the screen and in printing to the document, which you usually send by mail.

iPaper Execute

Start/Call subsequent applications

In the common work processes, it is often necessary to return to the process or a new start after the creation of the PDF . Thus, iPaper is not a stand alone solution, but can also be easily integrated into existing processes.

The document can be passed with the action "Run", after completion to other applications. With command line or call of an executable file (e.g. bat, exe) can this be started in order to allow a further process flow.

iPaper PDFSign

iPaper Sign is an FREE AddOn for all iPaper client licenses.

Download PDFSign for 32/64bit

Will be installed as an additional action in iPaper and will be available there with full configuration.

Please close iPaper also in the icontray prior to installation and restart iPaper after successful installation again.

Secure your PDF documents

“Security – Use PDF Security Features”. This Action will be installed as a standard with every new setup and allows to set password for the created document. As well as the rights for open or modify the document. And it enables you to lock Print- or Copyfunctions. Will be available for all iPaper Clients and the Server Version.
